Going back to Business Casual after 6 years - need strategy for frugal yet quality outfits

For the last 6+ years I have been in a role where there was protected work clothing that was provided. Now, I've accepted a job where I'm no longer exposed on a daily basis to the hazards for protective clothing. I need to get back into the business casual mode where a button up shirt or polo with chino pants is worn on a daily basis. The brands and outfits I normally would turn to are often ridiculed for not being what they used to be as far as quality is concerned. So, are there any good quality companies that are providing good quality business casual wear that can withstand being worn day-to-day and washed on weekends. PS: I would wear what i used to wear 6 years ago, but, unfortunately, I've gotten a lot bigger lol.
