Basic tees - Everlane vs. Son of a Tailor vs. Whitesville

Been having trouble finding a basic plain tee that fits right. I usually need a large for the chest/body to fit properly. But once I size up, a lot of tees get too long and the armholes/sleeves get too big. The best fits I’ve found so far are Patrick Assaraf and Frame, Perry Ellis, Vince Pima tees. Brands I’ve tried that didn’t work for me: Reigning Champ House of Blanks Asket Lady White Co. The tee being too long and the armholes too big are common issues.
